Rental Terms

Driving license:

A valid driving license with at least 2 years of clean driving history. Holders of British licenses must present the card with a photograph.

Identification:

A valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card. If the ID does not contain or does not match your current address, provide separate proof of address.

Security and credit card information:

We accept American Express, Eurocard, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards. A deposit ranging from €1,000 to €3,000 will be pre-authorized on your account during the rental period, serving as a security guarantee against damage to or theft of the vehicle. This deposit will be automatically canceled in the absence of theft or loss during the rental. Note that this is not equivalent to the excess indicated in the Insurance section. Credit cards must be in the first and last name of the main driver.

Driver eligibility:

To rent one of our vehicles, the driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a full driving license valid for at least one year. If an additional driver is required, arrangements must be made when picking up the car. All parties, including foreign visitors, must provide original identification documents as well as a passport (for non-Moroccan citizens) or an ID card (for Moroccan citizens). Only drivers listed on the rental contract are permitted to drive the vehicle.

Rental duration:

The rental period is specified in the contract, with the possibility of agreed extensions. Failure to return the vehicle on the agreed date entitles us to repossess the vehicle, with all associated costs borne by the renter.

Pickup and return:

We offer flexibility to choose your pickup and return locations, including airports, hotels, and train stations, subject to prior arrangement.

Fuel policy:

Fuel costs are the customer's responsibility. The vehicle is provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same amount. No refund is provided for unused fuel.

Payment and deposit:

Payment can be made in cash (euros or Moroccan dirhams), by credit card (please note an additional 4% surcharge for credit card payments), by secure online payment, or by Swift transfer. Our rates include unlimited mileage, vehicle maintenance, and pickup/return services. When picking up the vehicle, a mandatory security deposit will be pre-authorized on your card, with an amount that varies depending on the car category.

Online payment:

For credit card payments, customers must enter their card details and their authentication PIN. The transaction is processed on the business day following bank approval. Online payments are secured by the Interbank Electronic Banking Center (Centre Monétique Interbancaire). Customers guarantee that they have the necessary funds and authorization to use their chosen payment method.

Insurance:

Vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance (excluding tires). The driver is responsible for repair costs in the event of damage, except for vehicle theft, fire, window breakage, third-party liability, and personal accident insurance (PAI). The Non-Waivable Charge (NWC) applies if the driver is partially or fully responsible for the damage. The use of unpaved roads (tracks) is prohibited unless the rented vehicle is a 4x4. The driver is responsible for traffic violations.

Jurisdiction:

Disputes related to this contract fall under the jurisdiction of the court where the rental company's registered office is located. However, the rental company may opt for alternative arbitrators with relevant expertise.

Refund: Rental fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable for shortened rental periods. Cancellations result in a non-refundable deposit, which may be used as credit for future bookings.
